HVAC Journeymen

Are you a proven leader willing to take on responsibility, lead a team, and train apprentices? Can you interpret blueprints, collaborate with contractors and other workers, and clearly communicate with vendors?

Vision Mechanical is looking for experienced HVAC installers to join our fast-growing team. Be part of Lincoln’s premier commercial construction projects and take pride in seeing our community grow from the inside out because of the work of you and your team.

You’re a good candidate if you have more than four years’ experience:

  • Analyzing building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations
  • Collaborating with other tradesmen to install and repair HVAC systems
  • Choosing materials based on budget, location, and intended use of building
  • Following health and safety standards and complying with building codes; Knowledge and use of PPE at all appropriate times
  • OSHA certification a plus
