Experienced HVAC Installers - Leadership Track

Vision Mechanical is looking for experienced HVAC installers to join our fast-growing team who want to become foremen. Be part of Lincoln’s premier commercial construction projects and take pride in seeing our community grow from the inside out because of the work of you and your team.

You’re a good candidate if you have a Journeyman license and enjoy:

  • Analyzing building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations
  • Cutting and threading pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machines,
  • Connecting motors to control panels and power sources and balancing motors to ensure efficient operations
  • Installing pipes and fixtures in commercial buildings
  • Collaborating with other tradesmen to install and repair HVAC systems
  • Choosing materials based on budget, location, and intended use of building
  • Following health and safety standards and complying with building codes; Knowledge and use of PPE at all appropriate times
  • OSHA certification a plus
